It’s been revealed that a private operator will take over the tenancy of Bride School from September.
Bride Nursery will offer childcare for two to four years, including preschool when the school shuts its doors to pupils for the last time at the end of this term.
The facility was closed due to the dwindling number of students year on year, with just three schooled there over the past year.
Those students will be relocated to Andreas.
The closure means the premises are being leased under a standard tenancy agreement with no restriction for term-time only use.
