A dentist in Ballasalla say it's contacting patients this morning after emergency repair work left the practice without power.
Abbey Dental on Silverburn Drive says Manx Utilities is carrying out the work nearby but supplies are currently off.
The practice says its phones are currently affected by the outage but it's trying to let as many patients know as possible.
And it says if you require an urgent appointment, you should ring its sister practice in Douglas on 623001.
