Suspected burglars yet again narrowly escaped the police after being disturbed at a property in Derby Square, Douglas, last night.
The men were described as 6ft in height and both wearing dark jackets, jeans and beanies - one of the men was carrying a bag.
Police dogs picked up the males scent but the hunt was called off after an hour of fruitless searching.
It was a busy night for the police, due in part to the large amount of online speculation surrounding a Seat Ibiza car and its suspected involvement in the burglaries.
