Police in the west of the Island are looking for witnesses after a collision in Foxdale.
Officers say it happened opposite the petrol station at around 4pm on Tuesday.
A driver had hit the wing mirror of a parked car, smashing it to pieces, and drove off without slowing down or stopping.
Police would also like to speak to an elderly woman with white hair and glasses, who was driving her blue Hyundai towards St Johns.
