Police are investigating after a dog attacked livestock in the West of the Island.
A Loaghtan ram was killed at Ballacosnahan Farm on Patrick Road between Monday afternoon and Tuesday afternoon.
Officers are appealing for the dog's owner to come forward, and say they would have been aware their dog had been involved in an incident.
