Police are looking for witnesses after a man was seen shouting at members of the public in Douglas.
Officers say the incident happened approximately between 5:30-7pm on Wednesday February 1.
The man in question was seen to be walking between Victoria Road and Loch Promenade.
Anyone who witnessed him shouting is asked to contact Police Headquarters on 631212.
