A plan will be put in place to reduce the amount of single use plastic used on the Island, according to the Chief Minister.
Howard Quayle was asked by Middle MHK Bill Shimmins in the House of Keys yesterday what government is doing about plastic waste on the Isle of Man.
In response, Mr Quayle says he's asked the Council of Ministers to develop a plan aiming to cut the amount used across the Island.
Mr Quayle says he wants to hear back from the commitee no later than May.
