Could Jurby Industrial Estate be set for expansion?

The Department of Infrastructure wants to build four new units on the site at The Paddocks.

If approved the new building would also offer around 18 parking spaces, separate goods and personnel entrances for each unit with all of them to get their own secure yard.

The DOI has added the development would result in the loss of some trees and shubbery at the eastern side of the site - but that could be reviewed as part of a larger scheme for the 'Jurby Initiative'.
