Manx Utilities says it's been caught up in a wide-ranging fault with phone systems today.
On Facebook, the Braddan-based organisation says customers can't currently contact it directly by phone.
It's apologised and says it hopes the problem will be resolved soon.
In its post, it says the fault runs across government.
