Bus Vannin's announced it's to start running dedicated services for patients flying to the UK.
Those qualifying for free travel to the airport for UK hospital appointments will be able to use the dedicated service.
A trial's been running since August 2018, but it'll be rolled out Island-wide from May 6.
The government says the inter-departmental initiative will ensure patients arrive at Ronaldsway in good time for flights to the UK.
