The Department of Infrastructure says it needs to close part of the New Castletown Road this evening.
It'll be carrying out work near Quarterbridge, and says a section of road will shut from 6pm until midnight at the latest.
The route will close between the National Sport Centre's track entrance and Quarterbridge.
The DOI says it's while it repairs one of the lanes leading to the roundabout near the TT access road.
