Parents are urged to make sure children are up to date with vaccinations, following increased measles cases in the UK.

Measles is highly infectious and can lead to life changing complications - it usually starts with cold-like symptoms followed by a non-itchy, red-brown rash.
Parents are reminded the best protection from the disease is to get two doses of the MMR vaccine for their children - you can find more information here.
