Plans to help sustainability in Manx waters have received 'overwhelming' support.
That's according to the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture which asked for public feedback about changes to king scallop fishing.
The consultation received more than 80 responses with people in favour of reducing the number of licences issued to fishermen.
In 2015 4,500 tonnes of king scallops were landed on the Island worth £4 million - but indications show stocks are in decline.
