Collisions Down Considerably On Other Years
Roads Policing Inspector Mark Britton has said this years roads policing effort for the TT is proving a success with collisions down considerably.
It's thought the reduction in numbers is largely accountable to the one way system introduced on the Mountain Road back in 2007.
There is also a major increase of Police on the roads clamping down on speeding bikes and motorists and of course looking out for drink drivers and riders.
Inspector Britton said incidents seem to be on a downward trend.
