The National Sports Centre says its outdoor facilities remain closed at present.
On Facebook, the Douglas facility says that includes the Bowl, its synthetic pitch and athletics track.
It says the icy conditions means the surfaces remain frozen.
Staff will review the situation at 11am tomorrow.
