Noble’s Hospital is reportedly ‘outperforming all other providers’ on time to surgery following hip fractures.
Manx Care says that’s according to the National Hip Fracture Database, which has published its 2023 report, based on figures from 2022.
It shows that the Isle of Man is ‘top of the league’ on the time it takes to perform surgery following the injury, out of 169 providers.
Manx Care adds that as it works to improve other areas, it’s possible it could be ranking near the top across all indicators by next year’s report.
