Ayre and Michael MHK Alf Cannan was yesterday unveiled as the man in charge of the Island's finances:
The Council of Ministers will start work this week on developing a Government Programme - information from which is due to go before Tynwald in November.
Mr Cannan says with that framework in place his priorities will be clear:
