A Douglas company has applied to build a new restaurant on the capital's quayside.
Kelman Ltd of St George's Street wants to pull down the old building on North Quay and create a bar/bistro with apartments above it.
In its application, the company says the restaurant would extend over the ground floor and basement.
The plans show new building would have a roof garden and be two storeys higher than the previous structure.
