24 MHKs will be elected today to serve in the Island's new look two-seat constituencies.
Voters are going to the polls to choose who they want to represent them in the House of Keys.
For the first time the Isle of Man has been divided so that each of the 12 areas returns an equal number of politicians.
It follows extensive boundary changes which have created similar population sizes in each constituency in order to achieve more equal political representation.
The new boundaries were approved by Tynwald after three years of work which included an independent review committee, political debates and public consultation.
