Airport Director says it\'s strange that she has heard nothing from the new company
A new company are claiming to be putting the ‘frills back in to flying' with a new airline to be launched on the Isle of Man next year.
Ellan Vannin Airways say the services weren't planned to be launched to the public until September and that talks with the Isle of Man Airport Director will hopefully be starting in the next few days.

3FM have spoken to Paul who claims to be involved with the airline.
He says their 'aim is to operate 106 seater aircraft which will hopefully offer some flights from the Isle of Man starting next year with hubs on the Isle of Man, Oxford and Cambridge. The aim of the service is to bring back the age when flying was a pleasure, without all the stress that there is now.'
Airport director Ann Reynolds says that she has heard nothing about it. She told 3FM 'For a new airline coming in, for none of us to know anything about it, is very unusual. There is time for them to talk to us but there is a lot of work to be done. It's very strange.'
