Mt Road Becomes One Way, Practices Get Underway This Evening
As biking fever hits the Island the Police have to account for a huge increase in traffic on the roads, in an effort to prevent accidents on the Mountain Road it's been made one way for the duration of the TT.
The one way system was introduced back in 2007, and since has seen a notable drop in fatalaties.
It will run on the Mountain Road from the Ramsey Hairpin to the Creg Ny Baa., the road upto the Creg from Douglas however will remain two way.
Motorists and bikers are reminded to keep a safe distance from the vehicle or bike in front of them.
The road will go back to normal after the TT finishes on June 11th.
