Firefighters have cut a motorist out of a vehicle following a road traffic collision this afternoon.
It happened on the A1 Peel Road in Crosby.
One pump from Douglas attended the scene along with the police and ambulance service.
Fire crews removed the roof of the vehicle to extract the casualty who was then treated by paramedics.
There is no update as to their condition.
