78% of arrested during this TT fortnight were local people, police have said.
Crime statistics show that arrests this year were on the same level as last year despite thousands more people coming to the Island for the biking festival.
It's estimated that upto 8,000 more people were on Douglas Promenade than last year.
The majority of arrests during TT2010 were for drunkenness or public order offences.
The number of drink drive related arrest halved compared to previous years.
There was one significant incident on Douglas Promenade which resulted in 7 people being arrested. Five of them appeared in Douglas courthouse, two were released on police bail. The incident is still being investigated by police.
