A member of Legislative Council is back in court today, accused of breaching data protection laws.
Juan Turner of Glen Vine and his father David Turner of Douglas, and their companies Island FM and Carrick Creative, deny the charges.
The allegations date from January 2016 and October last year.
Both men are due to appear for pre-trial review.
