The Social Care Minister says he hopes local authorities will now rally behind his department as it looks to introduce changes put forward in the housing review.
The Department of Social Care commissioned the David Tolson partnership to carry out the review.
It focused on a number of areas including affordable and older persons housing, procurement and housing need.
If the recommendations are passed by Tynwald it would see a number of policy changes within both the public and affordable housing sector.
