Fire crews dealt with three incidents across the Island yesterday afternoon, including a fire in a mobile school classroom.
That blaze happened in Ramsey, and was thought to have been started after a school lanyard was left on top of a wall heater.
Meanwhile crews were also called to Laxey where a carpet caught fire after sunlight was reflected onto it by a mirror, causing smoke damage inside the property.
And finally, Douglas firefighters helped Manx Wild Bird Aid rescue a pigeon trapped in wire on Drumgold Street outside Marks and Spencer.
