The Department of Health and Social Care says Manx Care's next independent inspection will start next year at the earliest.
Health Minister Claire Christian was asked a question for written response by Rushen MHK Juan Watterson.
He wanted to know when the Care Quality Commission or other body would begin inspections.
Mrs Christian said there are no specific dates yet, but a five-year cycle of inspections meant an independent inspection would be due in either 2027 or 2028.
