The Infrastructure Minister says he's confident common ground and a settlement can be found with bus drivers over the ongoing strike.
In Tynwald this week Tim Crookall was asked for an update about the industrial action by Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse.
Bus drivers are due to walk out for four days again from Friday.
