A local charity has appointed a new Social Welfare and Inclusion Lead.
Michelle Ferrer will take up the role at Sight Matters, and is responsible for ensuring the charity is able to meet the needs of members now and in the future.
Michelle has previously worked as a Learning Difficulties Nurse and as a Support Co-ordinator for the Stroke Association IOM.
Sight Matters says her appointment is a 'crucial element' of their ongoing plans to support the Manx blind and visually impaired community.
