That's the question on the lips of Castletown, Arbory and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse.
In the House of Keys on Tuesday, he'll ask Chief Minister Howard Quayle what the government's doing to mark World Kindness Day.
The day is marked internationally on November 13, and aims to recognise good deeds in the community.
