In Tynwald this week the Infrastructure Minister will be asked about his department's policy to stop people parking on pavements.
Jason Moorhouse, MHK for Arbory, Castletown and Malew, will ask what the policy is and whether it changed after the Constabulary made an announcement on this matter last month.
Police announced in March that they will start issuing fixed penalty notices to vehicles found committing an offence by parking or stopping on pavements.
The Tynwald sitting is set to start at 10:30am tomorrow.
