The government says it hasn't seen a single case of Island charities being used to funnel money to terrorists.
It's published the first national risk assessment looking into the risks faced by non-profit organisations on the Island.
The report recommends some improvements to laws, which are currently out to public consultation, and says the sector is at the lowest risk of financing terror.
