Onchan MHK Rob Callister is urging constituents to contact him if they're having problems taxing their car after recent changes.
He says since the service moved online and stopped being offered at Post Offices, he's had a number of people get in touch about difficulties.
In a post on Facebook, he says he's raised the issue with Infrastructure Minister Tim Crookall and staff at the Vehicle Test Centre.
And he adds work is underway to improve the service but is asking people to contact him if you're still having difficulties renewing tax discs.
