MHK says not enough is spent on 'front-end delivery'

Not enough government money is being spent on 'front-end delivery'.

That's according to Chris Robertshaw - the former Policy and Reform and Social Care Minister. 
 
The East Douglas MHK has spoken out; saying improvements need to mirror changes in the Island's aging population. 
 
Last month, the Positive Action Group held a meeting to debate the role and contribution of older people in society. 
 
Mr Robertshaw says it can't be underestimated but people need to be realistic about how demographics are altering - and need to move with it:
