An Onchan MHK has accused the Island’s justice system of being flawed.
Peter Karran believes more needs to be done to ensure all sectors of society can access it.
He’ll quiz the Chief Minister on the subject in Tynwald this morning asking what government intends to do about creating better access to justice.
Mr Karran says with court fees increasing there is likely to be a group of society which finds it hard to go through a court process:
