MHK questions plans for cancer drug fund

Does Government have plans to introduce a Manx cancer drug fund?

That's one of the questions being asked in today's House of Keys sitting by Onchan MHK Zac Hall.

He wants to know if the Department of Health and Social Care believes Island patients should have access to pioneering, life-enhancing treatments.

Minister Howard Quayle has been asked to make a statement as to whether he agrees people should receive drugs which are recommended by their doctor.
