The Isle of Man is paying twice as much as Jersey for defence, it's been revealed.
Chief Minister Alf Cannan was responding to a question from North Douglas MHK John Wannenburgh about how much we give the UK to provide defence.
Mr Cannan said in 2020 - the last year figures were available - Jersey paid £1.5 million while the Isle of Man paid £3.1 million.
He said the payments were made under different historical arrangements.
