A memorial service for Manx mine-clearing hero Chris Garrett will be held in Peel Cathedral next month.
The 40 year old died in Ukraine as he was attempting to defuse Russian explosives.
A service to honour his life will be held at 2pm on Tuesday, June 10.
Wellwishers are being invited to wear blue and yellow scarves or ties, in the colours of the Ukrainian flag.
His body is due to be escorted to Peel from Ronaldsway Airport by members of the Moddhey Dhoo MCC from 3.30pm today - with people expected to line the route to welcome him home.
