Smudge the Cat joined her owners Winston and Rachel Liu for a visit to City Hall on Friday.
Two year old Smudge has her own Facebook page that documents her travels around Douglas from her home in Glen Falcon Terrace.
While at the Town Hall, she even signed the visitor's book with an inky paw!
