Manx actor Joe Locke will star in the premiere of 'Black Church Bay' at the BFI London Film Festival next month.
The Douglas born performer plays the role of Jasper in the mystery thriller.
The story sees a deputy headteacher cover up his relationship with a sixth form student played by Joe, after he drowns during a secretive weekend getaway.
He'll also feature in the opening film of the festival, Elsinore, a biopic about Scottish actor, Ian Charleson.
