A Manx man is set to walk the length of Britain looking to raise money and awareness in tackling worldwide slavery.
John Anderson will take on the mammoth task of heading from Land's End to John O'Groats on foot from Saturday as part of the 'Walk For Freedom' in support of the International Justice Mission (IJM).
Mr Anderson is hoping to generate £15,000 through his efforts - he'll also be joined by his wife Fiona two weeks after starting with the aim of finishing the expedition by November 16.
International Justice Mission is striving towards ending slavery in our lifetime, and to date has rescued more than 49,000 people from oppression.
