An Island competitor who suffered back and leg injuries has shared an update after returning home from the UK.
Jamie Cringle crashed at Union Mills during the Supersport 2 race last month and was flown to Aintree Hospital.
In a Facebook post, he says he's glad to be back - and shared an X-ray of his leg showing the pins needed to hold it during his recovery.
And he also thanked the public for its generosity after a GoFundMe page set up to help him raised more than £47,000.
