A woman who's accused Manx Care of race and age discrimination will appear at a hearing later this year.
Zodwa Theresa Taylor took her case to an employment tribunal, making a number of claims over a long time period - which Manx Care deny, describing her complaint as "vexatious, abusive, disruptive and otherwise unreasonable".
Chairman Douglas Stewart said a preliminary hearing would be necessary to settle some of the issues before a full hearing takes place.
He ruled a two-day preliminary hearing would take place in October or November.
