Manx Care says it's still trying to get in touch with a dentalcare business which has stopped providing services.
The healthcare organisation is apologising for the disruption, adding it understands the situation is concerning and inconvenient for patients of Smile Dentalcare.
It's working to understand what's going on, and bring back local dental services, with the company having operated out of Ramsey Cottage Hospital.
In the meantime, Manx Care says you can still get emergency dental treatment by calling 642785, with the rota available via the government website.
