Manx Care is running a new vaccination programme from this month.
Public Health Isle of Man says it's rolling out the programme to help prevent Respiratory Syncytial Virus.
Pregnant women and those aged between 75 and 79 will be able to receive the vaccination.
Manx Care will be inviting eligible people to attend a vaccination appointment.
