It come as last year's festival fortnight proved to be the busiest on record for the Island's Ambulance Service, with the team responding to 710 incidents in total.
2023 is predicted to be another record year, with modelling suggesting the team will respond to 54 individual incidents per day, amounting to 752 in total.
As a result - this year, the Emergency Department at Noble's will take on more staff, alongside a dedicated Trauma team to help those who need urgent or emergency care.
Further, the health board will work alongside the likes of Aintree Hospital in the UK to help those who have suffered severe injuries and require urgent off-Island transfer.
This will be facilitated either by Manx Care's fixed wing air ambulance service or by the team from the Great North Air Ambulance Service.
Meanwhile, Noble's Orthopaedic trauma team, Radiology and Radiographers will have additional staff in place to support the Hospital and public.
Blood has also been ordered in the event of emergency blood transfusions.
