Manx Care says recent changes in its top management means its annual report will be late this year.
Its annual report, which gives an overview of the organisation's work over the past 12 months, is usually published in September.
However, it says recent changes in its leadership team - including a new interim chief executive - means it needs more time to finish it.
The body says the document will be published on its website as soon as possible, and laid before Tynwald in due course.
