Injured racer Maria Costello has given an update from hospital in the UK.
She posted a video to social media about her recovery and rehabilitation after suffering serious spinal injuries in a crash during TT practicing earlier this year.
In the video, shot at Stoke Mandeville Hospital in Buckinghamshire, she says she knows she's lucky to be alive, adding it's the hardest thing she's ever had to face.
But she's also vowed to fight on, and says she's grateful for all the support from fans.
