Nathan Owen Briggs of Princes Avenue in Douglas appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse via a live video link from prison.
He’s charged with producing ecstasy and eutylone to the Isle of Man and possessing MDMA with intent to supply it on January 6.
There was no bail application and the 22-year-old was remanded in custody until he appears in the higher court on a date to be fixed.
