A man who refused a police caution and was convicted of driving without due care and attention after a trial has lost an appeal against his conviction.
Andrew Brian Byers was driving his Bentley when he clipped another car during an overtaking manoeuvre in July 2016.
He argued his conviction was unsafe after the court gave inadequate consideration to expert evidence.
However, Judge of Appeal Storey and Deemster Doyle said the claim was groundless - they dismissed the appeal.
